WhiteWater World

WhiteWater World is one of the most popular water parks on the Australian Gold Coast. Featuring several slides, swimming pools and kid's areas, it brings pleasure not only to thrill seekers, but also to families and the little ones. Opened in December 2006 the park operates throughout the whole year and is home to a number of different thrills and chills.

Wave pool "Cave of Waves"
The heart of the area is the big pool "Cave of Waves” where a perfect surf with waves up to 1.5 metres height is created regularly, leaving the sensation of sitting right on the beach. There is even the possibility of learning how to ride a wave at the "Get Wet” surf school in special lessons prior or after the regular park operation times.

If you are more into sitting in a rubber boat instead of on a surf board, "Super Tubes Hydro Coaster” is the perfect ride for you. Here you rush down a tube that even takes you uphill again numerous times. Another thrilling adventure is "The Green Room”: The eye-catching slide lets the guest swing back and forth in the inside of a laying green funnel till they finally rush through the opening, landing in a pool. But this is not the only funnel to find at the park – three more are waiting, but this time riders spin around in the bowls, which are arranged vertically. "The Rip” is a ride for up to four persons in one boat, while "The Little Rippers” twirl the riders laying one by one through their breathtaking funnels.

Racing feeling arouses when riding "The Bro”, an eight-lane slide in shape of an octopus, reaching speeds up to 50 kilometres per hour. While "The Temple of Huey” features three different slides with serpentine curves and surprising dips, the start of "The Wedgie” might be even more exciting: First standing in a cabin, a trap door opens suddenly underneath the feet and the rider drops down free falling before spinning in a circle.

Kid's zone "Wiggle Bay"
Children have their very own areas at the park. The first one is "Pipeline Plunge”, a big water playground where water splashes and squirts on every corner. The second is "Wiggle Bay” which provides mini slides, interactive sprays, colourful water cannons and giant instruments. This way fun and creativity is combined and parents can have a relaxing time together with their children.

Located in direct neighbourhood to Dreamworld, Australia's biggest amusement park, guests can profit from the cooperation of these two fun destinations. Special tickets for flexible entry to both parks are available and so one can first "Get Drenched at WhiteWater World and then Get Dry at Dreamworld" as their slogan says.
