1. General Information

Parkteam takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Basically the content of the website can be used without giving away any personal data. However using all available functions is only possible after user registration with the website.

2. Data Collection and Use

Parkteam collects, stores and uses your data for handling orders and the possible processing of defects liability. In the context of processing your orders, the data required for their operation will be transmitted to clearing service providers or shipping companies. You may check or change the data stored by your user account at any time.

If you want your data to be deleted, it is sufficient to send an appropriate message by eMail to Parkteam. It should be noted that under certain circumstances personal data may be deleted only after a specific period of time because of legal or contractual saving duties. In this case all affected data will be locked until deleted. Parkteam takes no liability for the misuse of passwords, unless it is responsible for the misuse.

Parkteam uses the Double Opt-In method for sending the newsletters. This means we will only start sending you regular newsletters after your conformation by clicking a link in the initial notification eMail.

Accepting cookies is not required when visiting the website; however, cookies are being used by the website. The server on which the website is hosted sends you temporary files (cookies) which are saved on your computer; their validity ends when leaving the website. Storage of this data helps Parkteam to design the website and make the website more user friendly, for example by saving settings so you don't have to set them when performing repeated tasks.

Some cookies will stay saved on your computer. For your convenience the maximum usability period of those cookies is set to several years. By using these, the system automatically detects that you have been to parkscout.com before and retrieves your preferred settings (so-called long-term cookies).

3. Usage of third-party plugins

At the website, social plugins from third-party services are being used and may be activated by users of both services.

Facebook
This website uses social plugins of the social network facebook.com. Facebook.com is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (consecutively called "Facebook").

When you visit a page of the website with such a social plugin, the Facebook servers are contacted and the social plugin is shown on the page by communicating with the browser. If you are logged in an allocation of your Facebook profile is possible. Using the functions of the social plugin (e.g. clicking the "like" buttom, writing a comment) those information will be allocated to your Facebook account – this can only be avoided by logging out before using the social plugins.

Facebook provides details about the range, form, purpose and processing of your data in their data privacy policy. All further information about data collection and data use by Facebook and your rights and possibilities for the protection of your privacy can be found at Facebook's data privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

When you visit a page of the website with such a button, your browser directly connects to the Google servers. The content of the ""+1" button will be transferred to your browser by Google and automatically embedded in the website. Parkteam has no influence on the amount or range of data collected by Google, but assumes that your IP address will be collected.

Google provides details about the amount, range, form, purpose and processing of your data in their data privacy policy. All further information about data collection and data use by Google and your rights and possibilities for the protection of your privacy can be found at Google's data privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/de/ /policy/ 1button.html
