Attractions and short trips in Sweden

Sweden is the biggest country in Scandinavia, measuring around 1,600 km from north to south. The densely forested Nordic country has almost 9 million inhabitants.

Its population is mostly concentrated to the southern half of the country as well as in and around its capital, Stockholm. The coastal area in the south is home to Sweden's biggest amusement parks, such as Liseberg in Gothenburg and Furuviparken north of Stockholm.
