Six Flags over Texas, established in the year of 1961 – is the mother ship of the Six Flags fleet. It was the first park and the cornerstone of the global expansion of the Six Flags group. The park, featuring a very scenic landscape, is divided into twelve theme areas that represent different Texan epochs. The park offers a wide variety of attractions for the whole family, of roller coasters alone there are eleven in Six Flags over Texas.
