Located far far away, in idyllic Wales in the town of Narberth, Oakwood Theme Park offers a lot of attractions for families. It has a number of special children's areas and a mini golf course. Nevertheless, the relatively small park is also a suitable destination for thrill seekers: Wooden roller coaster, Splash, free-fall and sky coaster offer a lot of action and thrill. So even if Oakwood Theme Park is a bit remote, the journey is well worth it because of the magnificent wooden roller coaster Megafobia alone.

Oakwood has got interesting attractions. The most famous ones definitely are the wooden coaster Megafobia and Drenched (formally known as Hydro), a stunning water ride, where guests plunge nearly vertical into a water basin. The park keeps an eye on the nature and the environment. That is the reason why the attractions are placed carefully into the woods without doing much harm to the trees. Therefore the park really looks green. I felt very comfortable there.

Nice little park, with attractions for any taste. Thrillseekers will love "Speed" and "Bounce" and for the little ones Oakwood has a funny Kidsworld.
