Duinrell, well-known throughout the Netherlands, consists – apart from the holiday park – of a small, but complete amusement park you can visit without staying in the resort itself. Lots of carousels for children of all ages, a roller coaster, a summer toboggan run, several different playgrounds and a superb water attraction promise lots of fun in the dense forests of Duinrell, which is a very neat community. Two hours of fun in the water park are included in the entrance fee.

Last week I have visited Duinrell together with my sister and cousin (9 years old). It was our first time and we had a great day. The park is located mostly in a forest and offers a great range of attractions for everyone. Kids can play on one of the several playgrounds and the older ones will find their pleasure in on of the bigger attractions like the Gestlauer Eurofighter "Falcon" with its 97° steep drop or the 2012's new coaster "Dragonfly". A highlight for evryone was the "Splash". Quite interesting are the two different boats,of which one has got an roof, so the guests won't get wet. Don't miss to get soaked on the bridge right over the splash-area on hot summer days! It's great fun.
